Music was the first time I started writing for something outside of English class. My band “Cross Check” was my emotional outlet through my “angsty teenage” years. As embarrassing as it was sometimes, it provided me with some of the best memories I have. So if you wanted to hear some songs to headbang and finger point to, I've got just the thing.
This is the first song on an album I’m working on where each song is comes with a little help from my friends. The point of the project is to collaborate with as many people as I can, whether in the song itself or the art that completes the package.

“Sleepwalk” was my fond farewell to the pop-punk scene. By the time this was released we were no longer a band and didn’t want to pay for expensive album art.
Angst Level: 5
One of our final performances, you got to love it when the crowd does the work for you.
Angst Level: 6.5
With “Adversity” came our rise to local stardom. We were now headlining our friend's basements and shitty pizza places. Our listeners were high and ego’s even higher.
Angst Level: A strong 8
Some acoustic in-case you were sick of hearing loud noises.
Angst Level: Beginner friendly
Tip for aspiring local bands - there's nothing the crowd wants to hear more than a song you didn’t write. As long as it's not “Wonderwall”
Angst Level: Too damn high
